What a feeling #heavy squat drop set

Heavy drop set squat is good for one to get a good pump #gains, if u looking to gain size on your legs, then you got to challenge yourself.

On my 7th set I did a drop set from 180kg 2reps, which is twice my body weight then 140kg 4reps, 100kg 6reps and 60kg with 7reps, try this out for a good pump and muscle gains...

Compound workout

The compound workout is a combination of squat, barbell chest press, military shoulder press and deadlift. Each exercise you start from 1st set to 10th set and from light to heavy weight.

The lighter the weight is, the more reps you do and the heavier the weight is the less reps you do.

The B word was activated today, was in that beast mode and I challenge myself today, started woth 60kg - 25reps and end up with 175kg on my 10th set with 4reps, which is twice my body weight...

Chest press: started with 50kg - 30 reps and end up with 140kg - 2reps.

Shoulder press: started with 22.5kg - 25rep and end 40kg - 4reps.

Deadlift: started with 60kg - 16reps and end up with 170kg - 2reps...

The sky is always the limit, so push yourself as far as you can and dont forget to always ask for help or support...

My new home

After a month and 2 weeks of trying gym out in Berlin, trying to find the right gym that cares for people. The gym that has the right equipment and support system in place for customer to feel at home and feel safe.  I went to gym like Macfit, Fitness first, American fitness, Super fit and Fit X. Now I have come to a conclusion on what I think is best and I could recommend for people looking for gym,

Macfit is a good gym, the staff are friendly, the machine are on point but I didn't join that gym because they didn't offer there customer water and I believe in a gym or any fitness facility they should be a fountain of water for athlete to get access to water not running to the toilet all the time for water,

Same goes to Fitness first, and American fitness thou fitness first and american fitness are quite expensive to me, I would recommend people to fitness first and american fitness but.

Super fit on the other hand, I wouldn't recommend anyway to that gym, well the facility is good but the staff were not friendly, and no one is allowed to try the gym out for a day or two.

Anyway, if you new in Berlin like me or in Germany, and you looking for a place to train, FitX is the place to be, as they offer their customer bag, waterbottle, and towel as soon as u sign up, and the price is reasonable and affordable thou I would pay more for the fact that they have a fountain for water in the middle of the gym, I finally found a place to call home. #FitX is my new home away from home, so now it is time to concentrate and achieve my goals.
