Heavy drop set squat is good for one to get a good pump #gains, if u looking to gain size on your legs, then you got to challenge yourself.
On my 7th set I did a drop set from 180kg 2reps, which is twice my body weight then 140kg 4reps, 100kg 6reps and 60kg with 7reps, try this out for a good pump and muscle gains...
