The compound workout is a combination of squat, barbell chest press, military shoulder press and deadlift. Each exercise you start from 1st set to 10th set and from light to heavy weight.
The lighter the weight is, the more reps you do and the heavier the weight is the less reps you do.
The B word was activated today, was in that beast mode and I challenge myself today, started woth 60kg - 25reps and end up with 175kg on my 10th set with 4reps, which is twice my body weight...
Chest press: started with 50kg - 30 reps and end up with 140kg - 2reps.
Shoulder press: started with 22.5kg - 25rep and end 40kg - 4reps.
Deadlift: started with 60kg - 16reps and end up with 170kg - 2reps...
The sky is always the limit, so push yourself as far as you can and dont forget to always ask for help or support...
